1. Where does Eyelash Addict ship to?

Eyelash addict ships your eyelash extension supplies WORLD WIDE. For Canadian shopping please visit http:/www.eyelashaddict.ca

 

2. When will my order ship?

Orders placed after 9 am Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will ship within 24 to 48 hours. If your order is placed on Thursday, Friday or the weekend your order will Ship the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.

 

3. Why does it take so long for my order to ship?

Due to the adhesive being heat sensitive all orders placed Thursday, Friday or on the weekend will ship on the Monday. We do not want the adhesive sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend with the ice packs melting. 

 

4. Will my order be shipped with Ice Packs?

Yes your order will be shipped with ice packs  to protect the adhesive in the summer and also in the winter. 

 

5. What payment types do you accept?

 Payment can be made by PayPal or Credit cards 

 

6. Do you Sell my email address?

 Your Security and Privacy is very important to us, and we will never sell your email address or any personal information.
