* Lash Certificate
*Business License showing the address that your Lash Salon operates. (your samples will be sent to your business address only)
*Web address or Facebook Business page for your Lash Salon, (eg www.eyelashaddict.com)
* Once you have emailed these three required items, you will be able to order your samples. If you do not send all four required documents prior to ordering the free samples, you will not qualify for the samples, and they will not be sent to you.
*If you do not have a website that shows Eyelash Extensions as a service you offer, you will not qualify.
*If you have already received the free adhesive sample pack please do not order them again, as we only allow one sample pack per Lash Establishment. *
* If our records show that you have already received the free sample pack your order will ship without the samples included.
* If your order only contains the samples and you do not qualify, your order will be canceled.

*This sample pack includes two 5ml of our world famous adhesive. You get to choose which ones you want to try. If you choose adhesive that we know you have tried, we reserve the right to replace it with samples you haven't tried. You must choose two different varieties.
*You have the option to choose if you want the samples to be BLACK or CLEAR.
*If you have never used CLEAR adhesive please be aware there is a learning curve, as it can be hard to know how much adhesive you have on the extension. You need to be aware of this so you pay extra attention when you are dipping the extension into the adhesive.
*If you have never used CLEAR adhesive BLACK may be your best choice, in your pursuit for the perfect adhesive.
